Alas I Beseech The Great Collective Wisdom Of Gnet!
Who knows where I can buy things like studs, rings, zippers, and general other nick nacks to dress up clothing, in this case a jumpsuit.

Become one with your craft/fabric/dollar/thrift stores for they are the keepers of wonderous things. Keep an open mind and have an active imagination. Things that say they are meant for a specific use
can actually have many in the hands of a DIY'er.

You can go to a craft store for most of that stuff, and even Walmart for zippers. If you want to buy the stuff in bulk you might want to look into:
https://www.siegelofca.com/default.asp
http://www.tandyleatherfactory.com/
They're both going to give you better prices than a local craft store, but you're also going to need to buy a lot to get a real savings. They do have considerably better inventory, though.

For studs or rings, if you want odd ones that are not usually on clothes, you might want to check the hardware store/section. They might possibly have something interesting.
But other than that, I'd say cheap department store (Wal-mart, Zellers, etc), craft/fabric store, or thrift store. Just what others have said. I can't think of anything else offhand, but if I do, I'll try to remember to post it.
I think, in general, just keep an eye out wherever you go for things that could go well on clothes. You could probably find something almost anywhere.

Salvation Army and Goodwill. Dollar stores are also your friend.
