Yes I'm aware that it's a drum machine.

And yes I'm aware that drum machines don't really make mistakes unless you want it to.

But frankly I'm that good. :-p

I actually kinda like drum machines. It all depends on the context and sound, of course. Like, you can't have a hardcore band with a drum machine, but you can make some really bleak cult black metal with one. Maybe, if it's evil enough.

I hate poorly programmed drums, though. Like Audra for instance, sometimes I think they have a pretty cheesy-sounding and boring drum machine. A real drummer would definitely be better.

But there's alot of good electronic music out there with programmed beats that sound fucking awesome.

But this thread is supposed to be about drum machines, right? A friend of mine has a nice, old-skool Oberheim one that makes a pretty fat sound. Or was it you just want to brag about your drumming skills?

I just wanted to brag really. I can't help it.

I mean I really CAN'T brag about much. I smell funny, chicks hate me, I have a shitty haircut, and I laugh at poop jokes too much. BUT at least I'm the best drummer ever. :-p
