Yeah, I think that might put you over the legal limit.
Xng, that sucks. I'm pretty lucky. I just have to write a cause and effect paper of any kind. Our teacher is cool.

Well I thought I would cry like a bitch when I got the tattoo, but it's never as bad as it seems...

Eyes, Korova's only nervous laughing because on his last trip to the doctor he bawled from the appearance of the needle until the doctor finally gave him a lolli just to shut him up... I do believe he sniffled and sucked all the way home.... (but don't tell anyone it's embarrassing)

No, not that good a trip, I'm afraid. Let's just say he needed a glove and some aloe for MY little terrifying checkup.

You missd it ... earlier in rant I posted the definition of gruel from www.dictionary.com. Aw, hell, I'm gonna reprint it here ... because it makes me happy!
[b]gru·el ( P ) Pronunciation Key (grl)
n.
1) A thin watery porridge.
2) Chiefly British. Severe punishment.
According to that, you Mr. gruel, have named yourself after a substance that's not significant enough to sustain a human being.
Yep, that sounds about right.
Or, you've named yourself for a term signifying cruel and unusual punishment.
I'd say that fits too.
Yep, I'm happy now.

I know. I don't care if it gets the joke. Everyone else does. That is enough.

It was amused at the thought of severe British punishment.

An amazing progression from earlier in word association that just make me smile:
IdolBones - Cute guys at Cafe 64
TwistedKitsune - Eiffel 65 (I'm blue da ba dee da ba die...)
Ben Lahnger - Route 66
And that's where it stopped. Patterns like that, especially thrown together by random different people, tickle me.

It's referring to itself in the third person.

Gruel is like an ass pimple... you want to pop it but you KNOW more worthless shit will leak out, besides if you ignore it, cover it up and wait awhile chances are, it will go away.

I have no luck ignoring ass pimples. But since I have no difficulty ignoring gruel, I would liken it more to belly button lint.

A little White Puppy wandered out into the highway by my house tonight, and got hit by a car.
It must have happened right before I saw it in the road, he was just standing there shaking.
I pulled over to the shoulder, and he came right over to my car. I scooped him up and brought him home.
He has some pretty deep nicks, but other than that he appears to be okay.
He is sweet as can be, and looks like a little Spuds McKenzie..
I got him cleaned up and fed, and now he is sleeping on the back of the couch next to Manimal.
Tommorrow I will try and find a vet to check him out, and see about finding his family.
He has no collar, but maybe he has a chip.
He's so cute though and for now we're calling him "Lucky".
Poor little guy could have been Road Toast, I'm glad I came by when I did.

Will you keep him if he doesn't have a home?

E_P_S, NICE SAVE!
Yeah, it's those kind of moments that can really save a fucked up month.

I wish we could, the boys really want a puppy.
But Manimal is allergic to Dogs, and the way this lot is set up we don't have an enclosed yard to keep him outside.
We have to wait til we get another house, with a better yard before we could try it.
He's awfully sweet though.. I'll have to take some pictures of him.
Poor little dude has cuts all over him.
He's a trooper though.
I got him some Puppy Chow, and a leash and collar so I could walk him without worrying about him bolting into the street or something..
And a wee little chew toy because I'm a big Softie..
*blushes*
