Stalkers

Man, maybe you already know I've had some problems with stalkers. It is like never-ending. I also have problems with competitors who think they are the end all of everything. Sometimes there is little between them and stalkers.

Thinking about it, some of you are now becoming adults and probably already had problems in school. All these news stories about suicide and kids killing kids are disturbing. In usual fashion, instead of, writing about how awful all that is; I wrote about what to do about it.

Hopefully, it is helpful to someone.

Stalkers don't bother me so much. It's the bandits, mutants, and mercs you have to watch out for. They will shoot you on sight. Luckily they don't run too fast, but don't let them corner you in a field of anomalies, then you're fucked!

Now you made me feel bad about stalkers. I can't imagine what they went through stalking you.

That's interesting. You've obviously given this subject a lot of thought. I agree with you about trash talk, but the kind of person you refer to as a "stalker" is different than the image that usually comes to my mind. I've always thought of stalking as obsessive infatuation rather than derision. Also, the term "recreational harassment" sounds a bit funny to me, but I know that what you're referring to is a very negative and very real thing.

By the way, Catch, I have to admit that I think you're quite strong in spite of gnet's rough atmosphere, and I respect you for your good attitude. I made a slightly mean comment to you earlier in the "politics" section, but forgive me for it, ok?

Okay, hardly noticed the rude comments, I don't obsess over it.

Yah, stalkers are usually acting out in anger for one reason or another. That actually brings up another point. Someone wanting to be friends or a partner is not stalking anyone. However, after being rejected and spinning out into violent rage that could potentially harm either or both people is a stalker.

The line should be talked about more frequently too.
