Fashion DIY tips and gratuitous plugs. And hair. Hair! Flow it, show it. Wait...no. That's some hippie musical. Nevermind. |

Opinions Please
Do you think that the make up is over the top? Bad colors? The picture was taken a while back.
Also, does my hair look alright? I might dye it with a wash out.

Seriously, there's already a thread for photos in the General section, or a thread on make-up styles & stuff like that already in this section. Please don't make anymore pointless theads when there is already similar ones around. Now have a lovely day
(you're very pretty by the way )

You could easily have just put by the side of your photo 'Hey guys tell me what you think of my make-up' on any other thread. It isn't that hard to do. Sheesh.
Please, only make threads when it is really, absolutely necessary.

I wish I could see your makeup to give you an honest opinion, but in those pictures the lighting is poor and the picture quality is worse. From what I can tell, though, it does seem to suit you, so if you're going to be in a situation (like a club) where the lighting is poor and people are slightly bleary-eyed, it's a for-sure winner. If you're going to be in other situations, though, I really couldn't say one way or another.

Thanks. I'm sorry about the lighting, I was using my webcam (the only camera I have) in the late hours of dark. xP I'll try and get a better picture for ya.

Great! When you do, you should probably post it in the makeup thread.

I couldn't find it, plus it would be easier for you to find here. You'll have to wait until tomorrow before I could show you.

I guess you could use another thread, but so many people have made their own threads about makeup (Lipstick Help! Liner or shadow? Beginner's Tips) that I'm not sure you've committed a capital offense or anything.
I wouldn't worry about your makeup-- from what I can tell, it looks very natural on you. You actually have a really good face for makeup. No, I'm not meaning to sound insulting-- I just mean that you can do a lot of different styles and looks.

try brown or orangeish eyeshadows....contrasting colours compliment eyes nicely.
my eyes are green-grey, and i use a warm plum that makes them look AWESOME (and more greenish). if i use my grey eyeshadow, they look more grey......

Try contrasting colors of eyeshadows! Say, a pink with a deep green in the crease?
