What's a Depo shot? Ok ok, i'm really bad at being female. Its so bad that my best friend (who is male) has to work out when i'm expecting my period again!

Depo sucked for me too. I don't even remember when or for how long I was on the shit but it killed my sex drive and my cycle was seriously out of whack for a year after I stopped taking it.

It's a method of birth control that you take every 3 months. The good part is that after a couple months you no longer ger your rag. The bad part is the shitty moods and loss of sex drive. If you already have mood issues, I wouldnt recommend taking it.

I take Yasmin. It's hellish and rocky at first, with nausea and headaches, but that ends in about 3 months, and then you're fine. I love birth control pills. LOVE THEM.

Are you taking any birth control? If not, try it. It regulates your cycle and can make it shorter.

I always have horrible cramps at first, I can do nothing but lie down in a strange angle to bare with it for a while and then I usually start walking around and get angry but when the cramps are gone I feel happier as ever. The time before my periods is horrible, I get cramps even weeks before and I just start eating and can't stop.

It isn't exactly rocket science. I prefer them over 'feminin napkins' anyday.

Yeah, I hate pads. I just feel like they're clinging to me and stuff.
As for tampon usage...you can always lube it up if it's that big of a problem. Just...stick it up there. Not hard.

Smokers are at a higher risk of heart disease than non smokers. If you want details, look it up on google or talk to your doctor about it. Your doctor will probably suggest that you quit.. which I would too. Nothing good comes from smoking.

Yeah, I have gotten A LOT better. I used to smoke almost a half pack a day during my peak, but I've gone done a helluva lot.

Could be so. To be honest, I'm surprised that one one else here is complaining of the weight gain bc use causes. Most women I know have that complaint. Wow. We are way off topic.

Someone is complaining of tampon use being difficult. Eh, are you a virgin? That's not a bad thing. The reason I ask is because I couldn't get a tamp up there to save my life before I began to....you know.
