I'm not sure how it is where you're from, as I don't know where you're from, but if you have a checking account it's fairly easy to get a Visa debit card that can be used to buy things online. Or you can hook your bank account to PayPal.

And if you don't HAVE a bank account I can't imagine it'd be that hard to convince your mother to help you open one (assuming you're a minor) since I don't know of any parent who would say no to their kid saving money in a savings account which may or may not have a checking account attached to it with a Visa debit for emergencies . . . <.< >.>
