STEAMPUNK Goggles

http://studiofoglio.com/Merchant2/me...de=Merchandise

Look through the list. They have traditional steampunk brass color and they have solid black. I think a few of you were looking for something just like this.

Well, score. And you're welcome.

These are really cheap, but I prefer the ones at http://www.atomefabrik.com/pages_gog...es_glacier.htm even though they're way more expensive.

Aye. I agree. Those aren't bad, but I think I remember a site called Alien Skin or Bio wear that had goggles that were cheaper than those, but with the same kind of quality.

CryoFlesh has some neat ones with spikes. Visual impairment aside, they look pretty sweet.

This is officially the "Post all the goggles sites you know" thread.

By the wqay, the ones on Cryoflesh are Cy-X [Pronounced saiks] brand goggles.

I've had my eye on the spiked goggles for some time now, but they're being sold for about fifteen dollars less at the site I found. It's in my bookmarks folder at home, so I'll post the link if I remember...

Do any of the goggle wearers ever have problems related to the diminished eyesight? I'm clumsy enough with unblocked vision, and I can't imagine I'd be able to caper around wearing goggles.

Sweetie, you're staring into a computer screen for what may be hours at a time. Do you really think goggles, which are usually eyewear anyway, would be any worse for your eye health? LoL.

Well, a literal blocking of vision (by spikes or what have you.) is obviously going to cause some trip ups.
I wasn't really debating what was worse, or criticizing the wearing of goggles. I was just wanting to be amused by funny stories of goths falling to the perils of fashion.

But of course. That would be very funny. Imagine one trying to make out with their loverly and accidentally poking them in the eye? That would be kind of funny.

You generally wear them on your head, not your face. :P

You only put them over your eyes when you're feeling silly.

They do custom made goggles, with just about anything you can think of. They would even put in bolts and nails if you ask for them.

The dreads on there... Is there a way you can attach them to your head so that they DON'T look like pigtails? I'd rather attach them to the front and pull them back into a pony tail that flaired out in the back.

i seriously want a pair so badly....
i don't know if anyones seen this before, but this v-kei band called ancafe has the cutest crossdresser called bou, but he wore goggles like this in this one music video...
he did it really tastefully.
he put his hair up into two pigtails, put a big scarf/headband around his head on top of the roots of his bangs, and then put the goggles on then.
it was the coolest thing ever. i'd totally rock that style.

I wouldn't know. Just contact the staff, and they will reply to you. They are very good in customer feedback. But before you do, be sure to check out their FAQ, making sure that they have already answered your question.

Found it. Scailles.com sells those CryoFlesh spiked goggles at a cheaper price, just so you know.

As for steampunky goggles, one might use the Aether Emporium. Scroll down to the goggles section.

Not goggles, but... I bought Russian and Israeli gas masks today! I'll upload photos later in the picture thread.
