Intorduction, well here it is.

Hi There, An introduction has been called for so here it is. First the answer to the questions below.

1. What do you do? (Hobbies, job)
A freelance scriptwriter. But since nobody becomes a playwright to make money, I also work with my partner running our own business. I take care of the shitty paperwork,

2. Where are you from?
Anyone who's heard of the Welsh Valley's will know that the disire to leave them will be strong.

3. Who is your favorite author?
I have 3. Terry Pratchett, Hiruki Murakami and H.G. Wells

4. What are your favorite films?
Wide and varied. The matrix triolgy, The corpse bride, The Nightmare before christmas and Airplane! Well we all need a laugh at some point.

5. What music do you want played at your wedding?
Oh, to late on that one.

6. At your funeral?
'So long and thanks for all the Fish.' From the hitchhikers guide to the galaxy. Can't have people thinking I led a normal life.

7. This IS a gothic website, so... how do you want to die?
Holding the hand of my partner as we both slip away.

8. What kind of casket would you want?
19th century style coffin. I just love the classics.

9. What's your FAVORITE outfit?
Oh, Tough one. at the moment, Demonia fake fur platforms, seamed fishnets, my satin ruffled waterfall skirt, black satin waist clincher, gypsy top with a spiderweb mesh top underneath.

10. What's one thing you miss about being a little kid?
Who says you have to miss anything. Growing old is mandatory, growing up is optional.

11. What's your favorite band?
To many to think of from too many genre's. Currently enjoying Seether.

12. What kind of education do you have? What is/was/will be your major?
Finished school at 18 and headed to college. Bi-polar disorder took care of any advancement from there.

13. Why did you join?
no matter how much you know, there's always more to learn. I'm Goth, this is a Goth forum, I'll learn something here I'm sure.

14. If the first 13 questions didn't give it away. What is your gender?
Female.

So that's the questions answered. My profile says the rest. Hopefully I'll only get lightly grilled as the flaming begins. Any other questions, Well just ask.

Usually what the client wants, which sucks a bit. When I write for myself, things turn out to be dark comedies. I have one play set with a transgender theme, another a kinda gothic comedy.

Yeah, that really sucks. The valleys are well known for thier open mindedness. Still, there's a lot of myth and legend around these parts.

Which H.G. Wells books do you like? I really liked The Time Machine when I was younger. Kind of an interesting take on socialism when you think about it, and an interesting jaunt when you don't.

Also: Welcome.

I love the time machine, but the war of the worlds is my favourite. H.G Wells loved to point out the hypocrisy of man and how easy an empire can come crashing down. The two books I mentioned really lit up my imagination as a child, and they still do now.

As for discworld. What's not to love? If death is as described, then i'm looking forward to a very long chat with him.

Thanks for the welcome so far.

HA, love your song choice for your funeral. Haven't read too much of H.G Wells though, just the more common stories. By any chance, is there any place to read your playwrights, or perhaps see the play itself. I find myself intrigued by both the transgendered theme story and of course a gothic comedy.

Sadly, neither are playing at the moment. Most of my work is client based so their shows make it on stage way before anything I've written myself.

The transgender themed play is my favourite at the moment. The basic premise revolves around a father's lack of understanding of his son's desire to have a sex change. The dad goes old school republican on his ass, before we discover he's got his own set of issues he's been dealing with.

The more gothic style one, centres on the conflict we've all felt from the religious right and their belief that we're all devil worshiping idiots. to play fair though, I also show the kind of conflict can occur when both sides, goth and religious people refuse to see each others points of view.

This is properly all coming off as bullshit at the moment, but its friday night and I've been having a few drinks.

If you have other questions, drop me a line.
