Every time Catalyst posts I just think of this:
Good old xkcd, I find that it is applicable to nearly all situations

The rollover text is amazing.

The only thing that bothers me about him is he keeps repeating himself without having any credible information about anything @ . @

It's because you keep asking the same question when I've already given you the answers.

I think most folks here simply want to know exactly what you plan to do, Catalyst. For instance are you going to change the world by...feeding the hungry? Or by destroying weapons of mass destruction? Or....what exactly?
It's all well and good to have a philosophy based on change, but what are you going to do, specifically, to bring about that change?

To get everyone to think, because thinking...it's just so deep and powerful, man.

No, that would require quite a lot of munitions and violence is not always the answer, most of the time it is but not for this.

I suppose that I believe him, seeing as he made quite the outburst. Secondly, if it stops him from spouting vague crap, I don't care if it IS true or not :P
Oh, speaking of, have you guys seen that old movie The Wave from the 80's? This thread kinda reminded me of that.

Social experiments indeed. Why don't you find something else to do with your free time?

What is the subject of your research?
'Goths: Reactions to inane bullshit'?

In not asking you to inform us of the subject, I just wanna notice, that if this experiment in any way include the reaction of "alternative people" or "alternatives' reactions", this is NOT the best place to get your data, seeing as not a single one of us are stereotypical at all, and honestly we are kinda crazy. We are too individual to gather that kind of data on, which in and of itself devalues such an experiment entirely.
If this is not the case though, I do not have anything to say about it.

Sounds like Hippie shit, You won't change the world no matter how hard you try.
It'll change itself by getting rid of the parasites living on it.
Unless we chain the world to our will, then that's another story to tell.

Magila, I would suggest reading the entire thread, or at least the last page in it. He already told us that this was a social experiment.
