Christmas Stars

So, in this Judeo-Christian season there are many glittery five-pointed stars. It only takes slight angling for a pentacle to be effectively point down. Anyone besides me notice how often these Christmas stars are actually point down?

I know. I've actually seen that around a lot. There was a pizza shop that opened up around my old neighborhood, and the symbol that they chose to display was a pentagram. I don't think that they knew what it meant though. Still, it was strange seeing it.

I was in Thailand during Christmas some years back, and those crazy thais sure got the meaning of Christmas all confuzzled up. Didn't notice any upside-down stars but their narrow image of Christmas apparently is composed of toy soldiers, nutcrackers, reindeer, green filigree, teddy bears and some other toy-like decorations.

Can't say I blame them, though. I may have seen upside-down stars, but whether I noticed them or not escapes me at the moment.

They recently got Carl's Junior where I live, and their symbol is a yellow pentacle with a smiley face in it. That pentacle is upside down.

Carl's Junior?
My friend might like the yellow pentacle with the smiley face... she loves smiley faces.
She actually got one tatooed on the inside of her bottom lip with the words "cheer up," so that whenever she shared a pout with someone, her lip would say "Cheer up" with a smiley face.

On the original thread topic, I don't know if I've noticed any upside-down pentacles.

That seems a rather thoughtful notion, to tattoo a smiley in event of pouting situations! :^)

My brother has got a tattoo smiley on the inside of his bottom lip with the word "Bonjour".
Oh and his eyes on his arse cheeks. But thats going off topic so I wont carry on.
I have a pink star on my mums gold and silver tree. Its the only thing on there that stands out from the rest.
(the pink star stands for breast cancer research)

At first I thought you meant that he had smileys tattooed on his eyes and on his "arse cheeks." El oh well! The pink star is cool.
