Cool

Anyone still have a Sony Walkman (one of the greatest things invented to save ones sanity, along with with C-90 compilation tape, and a battered `Floodlands` tape with the writing worn off ) ?

More then likely buried in the depth of my closet - along with my youth.

I own quite a bit of vinyl and cassettes, my favortie finds include:

Black Flag The Process Of Weeding Out

Big Black Racer X

Subhumans (UK) Worlds Apart

I actually like cassettes more than vinyl.

I am as old as fuck but I have a cool vinyl collection.
All you kids would not even remember most of the bands.
Stormtrooper of death..... Salute your admiration of Black flag and subhumans.
Im more an old Punk than an old Goth. I was there when the Pistols broke.
I saw Dead Kennedys with Jello Biafra and Ted on Drums. I saw Crass in Digbeth, I saw Black flag support the Damned, I saw the Damned with Brian James......... The list goes on.
I may be old but I am no less Anarchic. I still have stupid black n purple mohican. I still go to gigs. I still have the do it yerself coz no ones gonna do it for ya attitude.
Age is a state of mind, Its all about mind over matter.... I dont mind and you dont matter.

And I pity your lack of command of the English language. You do not deserve any other comments.

are your kids embarrassed of you or were women too embarrassed of you to ever let you get close enough to them to have them bear your children?

Almost.. I'm 34, and definitely not a "manbaby", that made me laugh.. more of a Rivethead, but age should have no bearing upon interests outwardly or inwardly expressed. Yet, in such a pre-conditioned society, I can see how people would say "act your age", or you "are to old to...*insert something here*".
That's ok, I hope to still be stomping, while your old buddies are telling the same 40 year old jokes over a game of shuffleboard.

Capitalization and punctuation are your friends. You can't make sentences without them. The correct answer is:

I feel a need to restate the obvious:

I've been to that Hot Topic before and know exactly who you mean. When I go in there I feel old and ancient while surrounded by the young flesh. Does being 34 make me old?

Where do you all live where new CDs cost five bucks? I can't find old CDS for under fifteen.

Best record store I know. Buy, sell and trade CDs, vinyl, DVDs and more--legit and pirate stuff. I've known the owner for years and he knows my tastes. Often times, if something comes in that he knows I'll like it won't even make it to the shelf. He holds it until I get 1st shot at it.

The day you let me get my frisbee off of your roof is the one I'll get off your lawn. Can I have my frisbee?
