Music Finally, an entire forum devoted to talking about Doktor Avalanche, the drum machine for the Sisters of Mercy. You can talk about other bands, or other members of that band, too, if you want to be UNCOOL. |

"Lover Thine" by Android Lust. This song is like--for lack of a better comparison--"broken"-era nine inch nails meets "Transnational Speedway League"-era Clutch. Hella 1993 sounding.

"I Against I"-Massive Attack with Mos Def.
Mos Def and Massive Attack covering a Bad Brains song. How awesome is that!?

Iron Maiden `Powerslave`
One of my all time favourite Maiden songs.
"Into the Abyss I'll fall - the eye of Horus
Into the eyes of the night - watching me go
Green is the cat's eye that glows -
in the Temple
Enter the risen Osiris - risen again."

Hi Crimsonjoy,
I was wondering if you could tell me what Holocaust are like, as I`ve only heard Metallica`s version of `The Small Hours` (Garage Days Re-Revisited $5.98 E.P) and I`am curious what Holocaust sounds like, as I love 80`s metal.
Listening to...
Sabbat `For Those who Died`

Beowulf: ...crap, I spelled their name wrong...O__O Uh, I guess Holocaust sound like early Metallica. I got this compilation called "New Wave of British Heavy Metal '79 Revisited" and they are the best band on there, in my opinion.
