you want small, try a little place called Congress, AZ. it's grown some now, has a dollar store, gas station, one stop light (blinking) and an elementary school. When I lived there, we had a mom-and-pop grocery, one small greasy spoon, five churches, two bars, and no gas station. There was a building for one, with pumps out of the 70's, but no fuel. To get to the southern baptist church, you turned right off the highway down a dirt road past the trading post and the TAXIDERMY SHOP, I shit you not.
