I'm neither desperate nor very outgoing, I frankly don't try very hard, and the girls here won't throw themselves at you just because you're a foreigner. Most of them are pretty shy.
That isn't to say that I don't want sex, I just want it with the right person. Masturbation is better than a random lay, in my mind.
And it's pretty easy to land a job in Japan if you have a 4-year college degree and are willing to invest a bit of time and money in a well-known English teaching certification, like TEFL or TESOL.
