I just watched this movie. I've got to say...I'm a gore-hound. I've seen hundreds upon hundreds of horror movies. That's pretty much all that I have interest in. (well, I hate to admit it, but I do also watch dumb-ass, girly, Lifetime movies too, lol!).

BUT, I've got to say, Inside was by FAR the most brutal, f'd up movie I have EVER seen.

My husband actually threw up, and refused to watch the rest of the movie with me.

It is a MASTERPIECE. Anyone into horror NEEDS to see this movie. NOW.

I just watched this last night. Intense and insane. Especially since foetus snatching is by no means an unheard of crime. And it definitely achieves that feeling of sympathy for the main character - something many modern horror films fail at.

For recent French horror of similar intensity I'd also recommend the movie Frontiers. They're somewhat similar.
