Is it Tsukino or Tsukinu that means 'not run dry'? (sp? on the Jap)

I know a fair bit, I've never heard either of those words though. Unconjugated verbs always end in 'u.'
A look in the dictionary finds the word "karasu" for "dry up," the negative form of which would be "karasanai."

Interesting, just because I was watching a Kabuki performance of Orochi and the performer (Tamasaburo) looked up to the moon and the commentator did his little thing saying:
"She looks up to the moon, a play on the lyrics, the word for moon is 'tsuki' while tsukino/nu means 'not run dry'"
Because the scene was all about the great serpent getting itself hammered on wine.
I also always thought Karasu was crow O-o
