There is somthing wrong with having more friends on the internet than family members? What if the person has a small family or worse yet an orphan, are you saying that the person with a small family must have less friends than family and the orphan can't have any friends at all? As somone else who unfortnately lives in Wisconsin surely you can understand how the internet can be better place to make friends than in the real world. In this world large world full of billions of people the internet allows you to transend the limitations set by our physical forms, to meet people who are like you but would most likely never meet in real life on your own, can you really argue with the one thing that is single handedly uniting the entire world?

*waves* Bye! Have fun in the real world!
Personally, I'm waiting for matrix-style plugs so I can post on here without having to move my fingers, but whatever floats your boat.

Bye!

It's alright to go on here and have a lot of friends here. I don't see anything wrong with that. I suppose as long as you are not completely obsessed, then you're alright. I have my fair share of reality already. :P

If you have such a life, why are you posting an "i hate you, goobye" message on a forum that you supposedly dislike?

Anyway, see ya!

Goodbye, take care! Perhaps you should consider taking a spelling/grammar class in place of the time you previously spent on here. Much luck to you.

Good for you! Now all you're missing is a sense of self respect and competency in your own native language.

Yeah, I've got a fairly happy medium with internet life and real life. It's all good in the hood.

You could have just said goodbye in a nicer way instead of doing it the attention-whore style.

Oh, it'll happen alright, but I wager it'll be wireless. The freaky plugs would be impractical, sadly.

Even though I lean more towards atheism these days, Gnosticism is so damned interesting and engaging.

Personally, I'd much rather have more friends than members of my family. It's called being social. I have a well-rounded social group both on and offline. It makes life more interesting. I don't think I'd be as openminded as I am if I had not met the non-related people of my life. They help shape you as a person. If you don't want to meet new people, expose yourself to different things and new ideas then get rid of your computer and stay home with your mommy and daddy. Maybe you can buy a bug zapper and watch that instead of going on forums where you might learn something!!!

Fools! Everyone knows that having friends is UNCOOL, and the definition of having a life is going to the drive-thru with your parents.

Either that, or someone's pissed that they didn't fit in.

You mean I could have cemented my coolness by riding with my mom to McDonalds, instead of traveling and meeting all those people and chatting with them on the internet? Ye gods, nooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!

Ya, you'd look super-cool in mom's car - less conformist than the bus.
