Meow. Just had an enjoyable evening with a few friends, and shall be having them over to my place tomorrow and possibly also on Monday. Now, to go home, learn how to use concealer, and get enough sleep not to look stupidly rough in the morning. Also, must remember to make a new jabot. Need a new jabot. And need to put on a white washload so I have a clean white shirt for the morning and so that I can wear my nice Victorian nightdress again.
Busy busy!
Also- nice, shiny new belt for Meth. When may we expect pics of the gig, or were you not allowed cameras?

"I don't like ugly women. You ugly. I'm ugly. Two wrongs just don't make a right."
Teehee, my new favorite quote. I can't get over that one.

I just got a FREE Yamaha bass from my cousin in law. It needs strings, but I cant wait to unleash "Mucky Pup" by THE EXPLOITED on it. I also got the new PRONG album from my uncle as a christmas present. It was my first time I heard them and I do like it.

When speaking with a walrus, don't try to steal it's cookies when your mouth is full.

Well, well.. Mornin', goffs!
You can all relax now, I'll be gone for the rest of the day and most of tomorrow so you can stop cowering in fear of one of my utterly splendid but silly jokes, or my eternally boring flaming of "Durrr.. guuugggle? Woss dat?" people.
Oh, and I'm going to see Marilyn Manson. Not my kind of music anymore but I got to see that dude live atleast once so...
well... have fun. Poke an Emo for me or something. *yawns, and goes away muttering 'what the hell am I up this early for...'*

I woke up at 10.30am. Be proud, for this is earlier than could have reasonably been expected by any sane person.
There's something really nice about coming downstairs in the morning and seeing your friends still sleeping in your living room. We made them up a bed- actual mattress and everything. Spare mattresses are useful for being good and hospitable. N and I made them bacon sandwiches and mugs of tea, because it's good to offer your guests breakfast.
My stuff from the industrial supply catalogue arrived today, so now I have the requisite welding goggles and big gloves to go with my labcoat and make Mad Science with. Now, to actually combine everything into the proper look. I am already corseted and Victorianised for today, I just need to find my labcoat.
And there is some kind of poetry night tonight, which I'm apparently attending with a few mates. So that'll be cool.

My uncle just recently came back from Iraq. And I'm happy to see he is sane & alive for the holidays. Although I never really asked him about what really went on out there. The only question I asked was, "What is the first thing that comes to your mind when you get into a battle?".
His response:
"Hey Mario,
I think it varies with each person as far as what goes through your mind. I joke with my platoon everytime we go out and I say its time to go play the lotto. Since I never win the lotto hopefully I wont win this one cause then Angie and the kids get the winnings. My life insurance. Its like russian roullete. You don't know when you get hit. Its not like the vietnam days. You blow up here you dont get shot. You rarely see it coming. Odds are good and Im in the clear now just waiting to go home. I dont want to relive this stuff, I just want to forget it. The rules suck more than anything. you are more scared of getting busted than getting killed. This place sucks in so many ways. talk to you later".
I /salute him.
Marius

I was talking to that Brazilian exchange student today. OMG his eyes are beautiful!!! The were a beautiful hazel-ish color, with a bit more light green in them. I don't know how to describe it.
That's the second time I have seen someone in my pathetic school with truly beautiful eyes. The first guy was a guest speaker (who was 25) with like dark blue eyes, with a hint of dark green. Me and my friend were drooling over his eyes. :P
There you go, there's my total girly moment. hehe.

I'm sitting on my backside, watching the History channel explain what goes into liverwurst. My boyfriend is sitting to my left, gagging at the thought of eating a slice of headcheese. I'm also researching surgery options, looking at funny pics, and contemplating playing more Oblivion. Yes, excitement is my middle name.
Booyah.
