The sense in saying that the woman is ugly is that Kontan personally finds the woman ugly, he does not need to write an essay setting out points on why he finds her unappealing nor have the motion to declare her officially ugly ratified by a legislative committee of supermodels. Because Kontan thinks that this woman is ugly, or in this case, that she looks manly, he jokingly implied that Ben was gay, because he was attracted to a woman who Kontan felt looked like a man. I have no fucking clue why there is even a discussion about this.

I said you could use a lot of adjectives, but I thought "ugly" was inappropriate. Everything else you fools extracted and expanded from that is in your own imaginations.

The fact that you succumbed to making an assumption or stating generalizations not supported by the statements you based them on is an error that would normally only occur to someone of weaker intelligence.

We have a wide variety of adjectives to describe varying ranges of appearance from UGLY to MANLY to ASYMMETRICAL to PLAIN to NONDESCRIPT ... etc. Perhaps you only have two or three words in your palette of adjectives and can only conceive of two states of being for a woman's appearance, but the world holds differently.

I would suggest that THIS PICTURE would qualify in most people's opinion as UGLY. By comparison, the woman we have been talking about does not deserve that particular label.
