I ACTUALLY found my Leo the Lion: King of the Jungle VHS and popped it in. It is still as great as when I was 11-12 years old.

Well...it's not a move but I've been watching the fourth season of Six Feet Under since it's now free with MVP pass at Hollywood Video. I've seen the first five episodes so far and tomorrow I'm going to return two of the DVD's I have out to get the next disc of Six Feet Under and also Kung Fu Hustle because I saw it a month or so ago and thought it was awesome, so I'd like to share it with my family.

Oh yeah...the last film I went and saw was Good Night, and Good Luck. Saw it last week with my parents and a family friend. It was very well done and not overly complex, so it had this simple beauty to it.

Corny as it sounds, Friday the 13th. It was one of those movies I was never allowed to watch as a child, and never bothered to in later years. (now I know why) My mother in pulled it off the shelf after we had exausted every other horror flick in the house (just in one of those moods to watch freakily inspired bloodshed and mayhem) and had gotten bored with the list of 80's vampire movies. She's not really goth....but has this weird facination with serial killers. A rare quality in a mother in law. Good movie if you're really, really tired.

Frailty the night before last. I have to say it kind of freaked me out. Plus Matthew Mcconaughey is a tasty piece of eye candy.

Oh my gosh... it was such I dumb movie I didn't bother to recall the title, and turned it off to keep my sides from splitting. Long story short it was about a pirate. And un-friendly pirate. A ******, pilaging pirate and his curse and some teenagers

Mmm, it's been a while since I saw anything in the Cube series. I remember loving the first one when I was like thirteen years old, heh. I forgot to mention it before but a couple weeks ago I rented the Troma release of Killer Condom, or Kondom des Grauens in the original German. It was nice that it was subbed, not dubbed because dubs always get on my nerves. The movie was awesome, and even my dad who is kind of weirded out by gay sex got a kick out of it. I've got him watching Six Feet Under, too.

it's the sequel too 'House Of A 1000 Corpses' written and directed by Rob Zombie.
absolutly awesome.
shockingly violent and gorey.
i love it
well worth seeing if you've got the stomach for it.

im watching fear and loathing in las vegas atm.

"i remeber saying something like 'like i feel a bit light headed, maybe you should drive.' Suddenly there was a terrible roar all around us, the sky was full of what looked like huge bats, all swooping and screeching and diving around the car. and a voice was screaming....'holy jesus what are these goddamn animals?'..."
"no point mentioning these bats i thought....the poor bastard will see them soon enough."

"We had two bags of grass, seventy-
five pellets of mescaline, five
sheets of high powered blotter
acid, a salt shaker half full of
cocaine, a whole galaxy of multi-
colored uppers, downers, screamers,
laughers... Also a quart of tequila,
a quart of rum, a case of beer, a
pint of raw ether and two dozen
amyls."

ahhhhhh....'tis the greastest movie ever.

"Dune", the 1984 movie, not the mini-series.

I want to see the mini-series... the movie was rushed, they skimmed over things that the book *obviously* went into more detail on. And I didn't even read the book. I could just tell, you know? I could just tell.

Besides, I'd possibly go gay (for a few seconds) for Sting.
The mood of this movie was very strong. And I was really surprised by its ability to disturb me. The Harkonnen Barron, for example. I was completely disgusted by him, and I decided that I had to look away from the screen whenever he was on it, just half way through the movie. His introductory scene is pretty freaking intense. That was a really powerful character. But I just didn't like the parts where they had a narrator sum up what happened "over the next couple of months/years/lightyears...." you know? I'd rather have seen it.
