My friend Melissa is with you on that one. A couple years ago she accompanied me to a concert downstate and got extremely irritated with all the guys that talked to us asking her, "So, where are all your tattoos and piercings?" because apparently since I have quite a bit of visible work people who associate with me must have something done too... somewhere...

What I don't like is when people get tattoos of cupcakes-and Hello Kitty, but especially cupcakes. Or lollipops or candy or any other food.

I don't mind Hello Kitty tattoos per se, I wouldn't ever get one but I did love her a lot as a kid so I understand the nostalgic appeal some people have for her, but I really don't get candy tattoos either. It just seems like filler, a tattoo for the sake of having one. Same with tribal bands.

This should sound like an echo of something we've discussed in another thread recently. If I took a girl home and she took her top off and she had all those candy and Hello Kitty tattoos, I think I would not be able to sleep with her. I know some very mature women like the Hello Kitty stuff, but that all just suggests an emotional maturity level that would bother me ... in the same way that I DO NOT want to sleep with little girls. Does that make sense?
