Well in my case it was a video game I wanted. I was looking forward to the release date in America, even counting the days. The game was out months ago, and I still don't have it.
But that can apply to anything, a movie, a concert or even going to eat at a new restaurant or something.

No, but I have felt similar in situations after I have been for a run.
Don't you just hate it when you go to a party that someone warns you about going to, and in the end have to admit they were correct to advise you so after being chased by stoner farmers with slug-guns, or something equally disasterous?

And that was actually a true story from one of my friend's 15th birthday party. It was quite amusing up until my friend told us to put the fire out and run our asses off when we saw people coming towards us while we were swimming at a waterhole while turned out to not be on his farm so.... It turned out to be the bastards stoner brother's chasing us with slugfuckingguns.
Don't you hate it when you know an illness is coming at you right when your health counts the most?
Or... finding the cd you were looking for at last after searching through several piles of cd's, but the one you wanted is always the last one you look at?
