I was prescribed anti-depressants, but stopped taking them a long while ago because they made fucking sick. Like, can only eat one meal a day because of the nausea kind of sick. It was so bad that I took up smoking a joint when I got up so I could eat breakfast, and one before lunch, and one before bed so I could sleep. So I decided that since I'd been doing sort of okay self-medicating with pot that I might as well just stick with that.

Ah yes, binge drinking, apparently my new hobby. That's the one that's more worrisome for me, as I'm far more likely to fuck myself up with that.

I think I'm just in a trough, y'know? So I'm just gonna ease up on the fuckmeups until I start to feel a little better on my own.

Harry, have you gone to see the dr? There are heaps of other antidepressants out there that won't make you feel so bad. I understand the nausea. I've tried quite a few anti-depressants.

troughs are hard to get through, but you know there's always an up, hang in there sweetie, I know you can do it.

treat yourself good, because you are worth it - do at least one good thing (not drugs/alcohol) related and if you need to chat, I'm here and I can be serious.

With retrospective goggles on, its too bad it didn't happen in the original series, I thought it was so cute how she was singing to him in the episode "Charlie X". I know in the films its implied that she gets with Scotty but I guess since it was so controversial she was there at all in the original run, people would have lost their shit if she got with a white crew member (seeing as how people were pissed that Eartha Kitt, a black woman got to be Catwoman, Batman's love interest).

I'm feeling apprehensive.

My estranged sister, who I have only spoken to for a minute in the past decade has asked me to be friends with her on facebook.

Unless she has had a complete personality transplant, I don't want to communicate with her.

I think I will drop out of facebook. Never liked the site anyway.

Her friendship request has caused a lot of old memories to resurface. I hope I don't trigger. It won't be pretty.
