The OC :D:D:D:D:D
Has anyone watched the OC? It's an amazing series starring Ben McKenzie, Mischa Burton and Adam Brody. it's about a couple of teenagers who live in Newport, California. It is so entertaining that I have become obsessed with it. So...Does anyone like it?

i actually did watch the first season, but was bored with it by the end. i never watched it since, and from what i've seen on the previews i'm not disappointed that i quit watching it.

The OC is fucking crap.
They're a bunch of spoilt bitches, and the cast is severely dejected and unnattractive.
The plots are extremely repetitive and hackneyed.
Ugh, fuck it, if you gave the show to a doctor to have a blood test, the results would come back as 100% melodrama shit positive.
Watch something a bit more bearable...Passions maybe...no...wait.

uhm, yes - OC is shit. However, at least it is still fiction, with a script and actors pretending to be spoiled little whiney slutty bitches/bastards.
As if that wasn't pathetic enough, what's really pathetic is Laguna Beach. Pretty much the same as OC, except that these are REAL little whiny slutty bitches/bastards. they don't even have scripts.

It isn't so much the show itself that disgusts me, but rather the fact that the so-called "actors" in it are considered "omg so hawwwttt!"
Eugh!
That on top of the melodramatic-shit-positiveness, makes the OC a full 2/3/whatever seasons long vomit fest.
I second the Hugh Laurie comment. I love that guy.

I don't mind it. That and Eastenders make decent hangover TV, although that's the only time I really watch either. They're all pretty crap but I fuckin' hate Marissa - she needs to be shot repeatedly until dead, then have another few rounds emptied into her just to make sure.
