Well so far this seems to have worked....

It sounds stupid to give out prizes to people for having sex, but ..... why not, actually?

I think raising the standard of living would help russia's population more, but it's a start....i guess.

Oh, and Humane, why else would they want a population boom if not for money?

Yeah...prizes for doing what 95% of the human race do already.

It is just an evil plot, families in desperation, being able to earn money so easily. It actually makes me feel ill.
