Never mind the buzzcocks

The combination of Simon Amstell, Bill Bailey and Phill Jupitus makes me laugh my ass off every time.
I prefered Mark Lamarr

The episode of never mind the buzzcocks with Donny Tourette in was hilarious. That is, if you watched it.

Summer Heights High is also pretty funny. Especially the drama teacher, who is doing the school musical in it.

Simpsons
Family Guy
South Park
My Family
Fawlty Towers
Anything Monty Python
Anything Spike Milligan
Anything Marty Feldman
The Craig Ferguson Show
When Jay Leno does funny ads

As for movies, anything Monty Python, MIBI and MIBII, Mars Attacks, Beetleguise, some of the Police Academy movies, Animal House I, most of the old grade Z horror movies which are more funny than scary.

Oh yeah, I forgot about Summer Heights High. And also the guy's show before that 'We Can Be Heroes'. That's probably only funny if you're familiar with Australia though.

Another awesome Aussie show would be 'the Chaser's War on Everything'. Again, funnier if you're Australian. It's almost killed me on multiple occassions from laughing too hard and forgetting to breathe.

Yeah, the second link was the one in which he was smoking.

Simon Amstell was the only reason I watched Popworld. It became a bit pathetic when the new presenters that took over and tried desperately to impersonate the slightly awkward and mocking interviewing tatics of him.

Exactly. The day he left was the day the show sucked. He really made it what it was.

I was watching an interview he did with Britney Spears a few days ago (bleurgh) and he asked her
"Have you ever licked a battery?"

She just looked at him like "Wtf?!?!"

It was hilarious

Oh yes. I do remeber that one!

Though my favourite was when they make a someone answer a question which they pull out of a bag, and Simon just said "Don't you wish that there was something else in there...like broken glass."

Classic.

Agreed. I never really watched it on TV, but after people talking about it on here I watched a load of them. He is definitely the best presenter. And Bill Bailey is awesome of course.

I love this, funny if you watched The Magic Roundabout as a kid:

Shows keep cropping up in my head at random moments so apologies for the constant responses to this thread.

Anyways, I forgot Monkey Dust. It is a funny, but dark cartoon series that was shown in Britain a few years ago.

I've now watched series 1-2 of Black Books, Monkey Dust 1-3 (in bits on Youtube), the first 2 episodes of series 2 of The IT Crowd. They were all excellent. I really fell for Monkey Dust, but there aren't that many full episodes on Youtubes, and you can't buy series 2 and 3. Anyone know a place where I can watch them online?

I second Mystery Science Theater 3000, third The Simpsons and Southpark, and fourth Monty Python!!

May I also recommend:

[x] Mel Brooks [ex: "Young Frankenstein"]
[x] The Addams Family movies [I'm also a fan of the TV show, but you've gotta love the wicked dark humor in the movies!]
[x] That 70's Show [Yes I know it's off the air now; I'm pretty sure you can order/rent DVDs though?]

. . . . I'll be back when I can think of more. . . .

I don't think there is. I've had a search, but all I've been finding is clips. I'll have another look though and let you know.

Same here, I started watching after it was recommended here. Best I got was youtube too. I found more through alluc.org using the links there to go to youtube though, you could try that, but you might have already found them all.
