Music Finally, an entire forum devoted to talking about Doktor Avalanche, the drum machine for the Sisters of Mercy. You can talk about other bands, or other members of that band, too, if you want to be UNCOOL.

The gothfathers need as much acclaim as we can give 'em, so why not be specific? You may or may not say why.
I like Peter Murphy and Daniel Ash. Peter because of his usage of paleness, sensual dance movements, and haunting vocals. Danny boi because he just plain rocks

Daniel Ash's my favourite, while Pete comes as a close second. I loved that hawk of his, and he's a great musician. I love his playing style. As for Peter Murphy, he really knows how to communicate with his audience and how to make interesting stage shows. He is one of the few singers who really know how to capture his audience, which is something I admire him for.

Ah, yes, that post-punk looking glamish hawk

Note: I am NOT talking to myself nor purposely typing useless information, I WOULD however like to keep such a thread visible.

I gotta say Kevin Haskins, just because he's responsible for so much of their personality. They wouldn't have been half the band they were without such a great and versatile drummer.
