Digital. It is a no brainer. No static! Though if it is not clear there is only silence.

Jennifer Aniston or Robbin Williams?

Ummm... Robin Williams, unless it's some movie like RV. Most definitely.

Too little or too much sleep (you know, the kind after which you feel like going back to bed again)?

Depends on the sickness. If it's something minor (cold or flu) I'd sleep through it anyway. However, if it's a painful and incurable illness, I'd rather die.

Ring: Your birthstone in its natural color, or your birthstone in black?

I have nightmares about the spiders so i'll go with the roaches.

Watching someone you love die a slow and torturous death or killing someone you love yourself .

Sorry I didn't look all the way to the end. My bad. My birthstone in its natural colour and the same question I wrote above.

Killing someone you love.
Tough question.

To die slowly and be buried in a good way, or to die fast and not be found?

If I had to kill myself, I would choose jumping off a building. There's that whole flying-weightless rush, plus I'd be so high on adrenaline I wouldn't even feel me hit. I guess the main difference between those two is that with the jumping you wouldn't know you were dying, really, and with the drowning you'd feel it painfully until that final euphoria.

a Maggot or a Juggalo?

Spider. Especially a large-ish one. It's so fun to feel them crawling across the skin... And no, I'm not being cheeky towards the arachnophobic people on here; I actually do like spiders.

Alfredo or marinara?

Marinara.
If you had to have one of these crawl all over your naked body while you're still alive and have them squirm around near your ears and mouth and um, pubic areas, what would it be? Maggots or worms?

If I had some dead flesh that I had to get rid of, I'd pick maggots, but otherwise I'd pick worms. I used to pick up worms all the time, and still do on occasion.

Purple alcoholic drink or blue alcoholic drink?

Blue. For some reason purple would remind me too much of sundry items. Why blue wouldn't, i'm not sure.

You curl up with a book late at night before you go to sleep. Are you reading or writing?

Ninjas, ofcourse. But more graceful.

You are betrayed by a friend, or maybe even a lover. Would you rather be stabbed in the back or see it coming.
