Fashion DIY tips and gratuitous plugs. And hair. Hair! Flow it, show it. Wait...no. That's some hippie musical. Nevermind. |

Advice on Cyber, from my limited observations...
Keep it simple, stupid*. =P More is not for gain.
*Just an acronym, not calling you names. =P

I find it fashion-wise to keep the balance in your colors in order to keep it simple. As a guy, I would go 1/2 to 2/3 black and the rest with either metallics or colors. My preference in colors are: Black, purple, blue (medium or neon), green(lime or neon), along with silver or gunmetal for my metal details.
I got a lot of compliments on my recent cyber outfit last thursday at Chimera. I had people asking to take pics of me, whoa! Sounded like I pulled it off pretty well.
No worries, I shall post pics once I can get them.
Friendly fashion advice: Stay the fuck away from tinfoil, PLEASE!

Yeah, every halloween theres always someone taking pictures. Also, D (the owner) takes photos usually at every event, though he's been slacking lately.
This was last years photo (from the guy with the fisheye lens):

I like that pic, I noticed there was a large guy (forgive for saying describing that), that took some pics of me. Would you know him and if I could contact him for copies?
I thought of asking D, but I wasn't sure if he knew him. Even though I thought maybe the Chimera website had the pics, hmmm, nope, nothing.

The large guy is 'Jim'. He's the guy with the fisheye lens.
Getting photos off D can be like pulling teeth. I need to stop by there to negotiate. I'm usually the one who gets the photos. It's been a while. I hope he managed to save them all.

Oh goody, would be possible to get those pics of me or should I go ask him?
I love the one of me wearing my customized respirator, I gotta have that one (or two?).

Either works. If I get a hold of the photos, I'll post them either on Myspace or Facebook and provide you the link.

I haven't been to a rave since I was 14. Not my scene.

"Cyber disasters" only happen when the homework wasn't done. Some have overdone it or not enough and I have seen alot of creativity in effort of their own concepts.

This is the only thread that seemed relevant so here goes. Where could I buy good gas masks/goggles? I have a nifty black jumpsuit i think would look great with a gas mask and goggles

Oh. My. GOD.
I was just about to say how alot of the male stuff on Cyberdog didn't really appeal to me. However, all is forgiven!
*Throws out top hat and frilly shirt*
Right, I'm going Cyber.
That really was a jaw-dropping outfit. Masterfully well done sir!
