I only liked VII because of the music. I think X was a hell of a lot better. Maybe things will improve once they remake VII.

If you're comparing FF7 to the LoTR games then yes 7 was MUCH better.I loved 7 I played when I was 8 and had some tears and I was pissed when Aeris died(why didn't they phoenix down her ass?)But 8 is what really got me I loved and have beat it so many times I lost count.

Final fantasy VII is the one and only best playstation game still out. the game is the best out of the whole series. whether the graphics are good or not. and apparently its supposed to be remade to ps3 now that would be the most kick ass game that has come out in years. remake of FFVII.

Not, they're not remaking FFVII for the PS3. They recreated the opening sequence of FFVII using PS3 tech to demonstrate just how much graphics technology has come between then and now. Nothing more.

Did you play FF 1-6? Or was ff your 1st FF.

FF7 better than LotR? Probably not.

FF7 the best FF game? It's certainly argueable.

Personally, I think that FF10 is a bit better, but then again it's hard to compare them with all the changes in technology. Both had good plots, but I think that FF10 had a harder-hitting one. The ending is certainly one of the best game endings I've seen.

FF12, IMO, is not even comparable to FF10. FF12 has different gameplay and plot structure, and really feels more like a single player MMO with "Final Fantasy" slapped onto it. The only thing that I like better about FF12 is the ability to immerse yourself in the world; if you're fighting a giant dragon, you're really fighting a giant dragon. It also has a difficulty designed by someone either masochistic or utterly insane.

ff VII is an incrediblely good game,ok yeah they probobly did steal bits of the plot from other movies ,books etc but if nothing else it did alot for the game industry back then,mind u im not sture what it did?

oh and most of boys look hot in better graphics

Wow, so much FF n00bs here. Anyway, FF7 owns. because of a lot of aspects, it even wins over FF6. and you know what more? FF10 is pigshit compared to 7.
