the best eyeliner to use i'd say would be creme eyeliner its easy to pot on it comes on thick and it doesn't come off for days i use onyx creme eyeliner from a company called pink papaya you just need to make sure you have a good brush. and for red eyeshadow if your not going for a smokey red simply use lipstick it sounds weird but for me it works. for anything else try sephora even if they are expensive they have crazy colors
