1. What do you do? (Hobbies, job) - I make and sell Gothic hairpieces on Ebay. I also stock unusual colours of hair and the bits and pieces for other people to customise their own hair. I have a vast collection of gothic dolls and horror figures and enjoy spooking the neighbours. I also have three children which take up a lot of my time.
2. Where are you from? Originally Manchester, but have also lived in Wiltshire (near Avebury stone circle) but currently reside in London
3. Who is your favorite author? Terry Pratchett or Neil Gaiman
4. What are your favorite films? Not a fan of modern Horror. I prefer old black and white classics such as Nosferatu.
5. What music do you want played at your wedding? The Cure "Lovesong"
6. At your funeral? Swamped by Lacuna Coil
7. This IS a gothic website, so... how do you want to die? Peacefully in my sleep after reaching a ripe old age and being known by all the kids as that spooky old witch who lives at the edge of the village....
8. What kind of casket would you want? Black and lined with purple velvet
9. What's your FAVORITE outfit? Long black Raven skit with net underskirt, black corset (I have many so any will do), long lace jacket, New Rocks and the biggest set of Cyberlox falls I can get my hands on
10. What's one thing you miss about being a little kid? Nothing. I wish I could go back though with everything I know now and tell my bullies where to shove it
11. What's your favorite band? Too many to list. They include Lacuna Coil, Depeche Mode, London After Mdnight, Cradle of Filth and the Cure
12. What kind of education do you have? What is/was/will be your major? I got as far as A level art and graphic design...but I have a family to support so cannot take it any further
13. Why did you join? To see if I can make a connection
14. If the first 13 questions didn't give it away. What is your gender? Female
Other points I would like to add:
I see Goth as being an individual choice, with every single one of us as different with valid points of view. No single person should be discriminated against for "not being Goth enough". Most of us put up with that kind of bull from others as we grew up and should not be spoken down to by our peers. So dont give me any of that Gother than thou bull. I have been this way for 18 years and dont care how many goth points I score. Rant over.

Gothier than thou? This is what people here see as goth: https://www.gothic.net/boards/showthread.php?t=630
Scoring 'goth points' is possible only as a joke here.
Welcome, I hope you enjoy your stay here.
I like your favorite outfit, could you post a picture?

Good choice. I thought stars would also be effective at a funeral, but Swamped is by far their best one for that sort of occasion. I also especially like what you said at the end and definately believe that this place is not here for some sort of goth "pimpoff". I also think you look fabulous and very outstanding
Welcome and come play with us in our various adventurous games.

Hello, I'm wondering what do your kids think of you dressed like that?
They must get slightly confused when none of their friend's mothers dress like that.
Other than that welcome and enjoy your stay in this wonderous little site!

My kids are used to me. They are 14, 13 and 10 so old enough to know what I am like! My oldest is the rebel of them though who prefers rap music and shows like "pimp my ride" ::shudders:: but then that his choice. My daughter who is 13 is going the same way I am and my youngest hasnt quite made his mind up yet.
They would laugh at me if I ever dressed like anyone else. On the whole though I tone it down for everyday wear, though I do always wear either black, purple or red and almost always wear New Rocks
