Because you have to completely neglect junk food and also wait. Going down in weight takes time, too, so don`t expect results until a month or two. Keep exercising and a good diet, and you will eventually see results =).
Why dosen`t my acne problem solve even when I use medicine every day, and neglect junk food?

Because not all acne is related to food, sometimes all it takes is stress or maybe high emotions. Try maybe switching meds while learning how to relax.
