Star Wars: The Force Unleashed

(Note I played the xbox 360 version)
Game came out Monday, I picked up my reserve copy on Tuesday, have been playing it all of yesterday and today, and frankly I love it. Not only is the combat great but the storyline provides an extremely valuable contribution to the star wars storyline, and yes it is Canon. Not only that but I actually feel that it is truer to the nature/charm of star wars than episodes 1-3. However for the sake of those of you who haven't played it I won't give up the canon storyline, but here is a little hint at one of the non-canon portions, you kill Vader.

Also whether or not you actually play it lucasarts did an amazing job on the faces and their expressions. This is because they used the same motion capture technology used in other productions like The Polar express.

Here are some of the characters and the voice actors they are modeled after.

Maris Brood (my favorite)

Ok I just included Maris brood because she was my favorite, due to the character's make-up it isn't easy to see the resemblance.

I was going to get it, but since I couldn't stop myself from watching the entire story line on youtube, I think I kinda ruined it lol.
Guess I'll just wait for Farcry 2 :3

That game was fail. It got a low rating, delayed so many times. 8-hour game play, and lame gameplay. The game so far looks like shite. It could've been better, if they didn't rush it so much.

My hubby rented it and played it so much that it overheated the 360, and got the Red Ring of Death. Before that, however, it seemed to be a pretty good game.

I decided not to get it. It probably could have been better and there are plenty of better games coming this month.

This month is essentially THE gaming month, there are over 20 titles being released on the 21st ALONE.
