I really want a 4mm stone plug in grey or black for my septum.
I'm proper wanting this for some reason.
I think it's because I woke up drunk and have a headache.

That was worthy enough to place in the poetry thread!

NOT ONLY did I go to the car boot and nab myself a complete BARGAIN of a 12 gallon fishtank for...£1 <----- !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And not only do I have a new female betta, and a deformed rainbowfish with no top jaw and a deformed lower jaw who shall be called John Merrick, BUT the woman on the checkout at the petrol station ( who must be new as I've never seen her before ) saw the SGC patch on the back of my jacket and started grinning insanely before saying she remembered them! She got terribly excited and said she hadn't seen anyone with SGC on their jacket in 20 years! Till woman is now EPIC and splendiferous .

I've cleaned up my tank, checked the light works, it does, checked the filter works, it does ( they came with it !!) . It has no scratches, chips ,cracks or leaks, and is worth at least £30 if not more in it's albeit second hand state. In an fish store, brand new that size tank with no equipment would be at least 30 quid, and with a filter and heater, would be at least 50 or more. So for £1 I've landed a serious bargain!

I'll never sell it though, I have PLANS for it when my two male fighters pass away. Mother won't allow me to set it up as that will be 5 tanks on the go, so when the fighters die, those two small tanks will be stored, and I can use this one which will mean I have only 3 tanks then, which is nice and manageble.

I may have a species tank, but I do like a community...hmm....

LOOK!

I have faith in humanity.

A few friends and I went hiking up to this pretty popular mountain lookout yesterday, and I apparently left my glass pipe and sunglasses on one of the rocks up there without realizing it until we got back to my house. So, after returning to the mountain, retracing every step and not finding them, I felt defeated and hopeless. As soon as we got back into my car, we noticed that the bag that I had my pipe in was hanging from a tree branch directly in front of us. Everything, including the pipe, weed and sunglasses (which were not in the bag before), were in it.

Oh, hellllll yes.

I made a thread a while ago about my three cousins passing away in an accident. While that memory is still really painful, something great happened with my aunt.

My cousin got married today.. It was the most confusing feeling of absolute happiness for the family, for my cousin and for the progress they`ve made.. They were truly happy.. Though my aunt cried for a bit -remembering her kids because there were just too many kids in the wedding- .. And i felt that instead of all those little mofos hanging around .. i would`ve loved to see my lil cousin dance at her brother`s wedding...

Damn it.. I miss those guys..
I`m so happy for my aunt.

Geo I'm really glad to hear that you and your family seem to be recovering well, grief does take a long time to heal but the fact that you were all able to be so happy is really wonderful
