Sleep is an addiction. I'm at the point where I can't function without it. I've tried giving it up, but. . . I always end up running straight back to it whenever stress hits. I know, I know, I've heard all the talks. There are so many better ways to feel refreshed. Going outside, reading a book, finding another hobby. But. . . it's just painful to go without it, you know? Everything starts hurting. . . my body starts shaking and hurting, and I end up subconsciously slipping back into the habit. I don't try to, it just. . . happens, you know?
Lame joke is lame. I should have stopped two sentences in.

Before I get banned again I would like to apologise to the people I involved in this little charade (especially Despanan, who’s posts I enjoy).
