I am now scared

This is one of the most horrible things I have ever seen...

A camel spider, eating a lizard...

They're not actually spiders, apparently they're more closely related to scorpions.....but I really don't care...this is still freaky as fuck.

I think they're just horrible. I love tarantulas though...now, those are adorable.

I don't think I have ever had beef with an insect quite like I do with the Camel Spider.

It's an arachnid.

I know it's an arachnid....I was trying to include all insects, bugs, beetles etc under one umbrella.

I thought it was trying to give it a hickey. Mmmmm...need to find my glasses...there! Nope...I still think it was trying to give the lizard a hickey.

Actually....me and Underwater Ophelia were both wrong...

The Camel spider is actually a solifugae.

Too many different species all over!

I don't quite find it freaky, just normal. The spider was hungry and the lizard just looked like a very appetizing piece of steak. x]

I REALLY want one. I'd name it Jack Daniels. I could get it a dog collar & feed it kittens.

That's nice....I wouldn't just stand there and let it eat the lizard. Bastards.

True, it would have been dangerous to interfere. It's really cool though. If I had one, I'd name it Charles.
