I think December is an unlucky month for me, last year was when my old laptop kicked the bucket, and now my computer cord had decided not to function. The day before my online coursework was due, of course, but thankfully I got it all in on time on my roommate's computer.

But now she's gone for a few days and I'm bored, I charged it on my brother's cord but I can't take the cord from his apartment, bleh.

It's 4 in the morning, I have a pc whose video card and other hardware can well match the requirements of stuff today, I am installing stuff and I realize that my hard drive is really crap -.-
A 400GB hard drive that's slower than if I would spin the bloody metal disc myself.

I'm fucking freezing, I need a heater behind this desk but apparently we aren't allowed to have portable heaters because it is a safety violation and they won’t install anything because that would be too expensive, so my ass just gets to bundle up, which really wouldn’t bother me except for my hands, I can’t wear gloves as they would make it hard to write and type quickly so my hands feel like ice.

You can wear fingerless gloves! When you're writing and typing that should keep your fingers active and warm. Or get the fingerless gloves with the mitten flap for when you're not writing and typing.

It was an awesome day when I realized that I don't need to freeze when knitting.

So there is that BDSM party I'm suppossed to go to on friday.
And I've never been in a party. I feel lost and dizzy in crowded places. I tend to hate loud music. I hate dancing in public. Public means one person and up. I don't feel comfortable with me body. And there's the BDSM part, that intrigues me in that nervous, scary kind of way.

Okay, not totally boned. Apparently I suck at math and i don't even need to pass the exam to pass the course, and I think I passed.

It was a tricky course, no text book and a lot of it is a matter of the prof's opinion. And it seemed that what I studied really well she didn't ask a thing about, and instead asked for things that were mentioned in passing.

So the other day, I calmly screamed at some sixteen year old kid for attempting (and failing) to steal from my bag that was sitting next to me. I cocked back and tried to hit him but failed, then trailed him cursing some more as he quickly found his seat. I stood and found it oddly quiet in my class room as I was written up for disturbing the peace and sent to the school office. A cop was called in and told me I could have been fined for cursing (up to $250) and suspended. Instead, because I'm such a "nice" child, they only gave me three days of SAC (on campus suspension). The boy that tried stealing from me got one and was able to laugh at me while in class.

It is all icey outside so I get to stay overnight at the resort, I'm totally cool with this, I could have said no but I may as well do it since I have to work tomorrow and all, what I do have an issue with is that I'm being put in a two bedroom unit (with one kind and two twins) with three people I don't know, hell I've only ever met one of them before and I am by far the last to get off of my shift so I'll get the last choice for my spot, which means there is a very good chance that I'll be on the couch. Last year they wouldn’t put two people in a room together unles those people okayed it, I would understand if we were short on units but we only have 286 occupied which means over 500 are open, more than enough to give people their own room, hell they could give most of us our own units.

I also don't get why Jake and I can't be in the same unit, last year they put spouses in the same room but then again they didn't put more than one person in a room so putting spouses together saved them room.

As it is I will most likely stay in Jake's unit anyway cuz I at least know the person he is rooming with as Jake gets his own room and I'd much rather share a room with my husband than sleep on a couch in a unit with strangers. Plus he has the hot coco in his bag and this is kind of a hot coco kind of day.

Well that got nicely sorted, I'm now staying in that unit with just the one person that I know, I guess sometimes it pays to be a whiney bitch.
