Yes? Well, I have similar reasons for hating it so much when people don't know how to punctuate. For example, the three words I've highlighted above deserved to have their contraction noted with an apostrophe ('), like so: couldn't, it's and don't.
I also hate it when people don't know how to use proper grammer, because sentences that make sense are easier to read. I'm sure you meant to say, "I heard about the study THAT WAS done." It took me a while to understand what was being said.
Okay, this is a case of me being nit-picky to the extreme. But I have to speak up when I see someone criticizing other people's writing, and their own complaint contains such errors.
Mind you, I didn't bother to correct the original creator of this thread. His brand of illiteracy is so mind-numbingly attrocious that I expect someday his tongue will curl back through his sinus passages and throttle his brain in revolt.

Xng, in some kind of weird way when I joined Gnet, that whole urinator dialog made me feel more comfortable being loose and expressive here. It was one of the things that made it clear that I could be relaxed and not take myself too seriously and it would work. I'm not saying you should go back to that ... I'm just saying that the humor of that whole phase made it easier for me.
Okay, now ... what to do with this thread? Hmmm ... oh it's hot as hell in Texas.
