I didn't buy my iPod because of Jobs. I bought it because it was part of a deal on a computer I had to get for school.

It would be absolutely STUNNING if most of society bought apple products because "steve jobs" inspired them to buy it.

I mean that in the sense that, I'm more likely to kill myself(which isn't likely), then do that sort of thing.

As long as the consumer gets that new iPod Max Touch 4S Blackberry Satellite Phone, they wont be missing the man.

I'd be slightly more upset if I read an article explaining how the engineering and creative teams behind these products died in a freak thermo-nuclear electrical fire.

You're such a hypocrite. You don't have to mourn Steve Jobs. You don't even have to be enough of a decent human being to wait until his family is out of mourning before talking about how glad you are that he's gone. But it's a little ridiculous to talk about how little he's done on the same thread in which you've admitted to using the products he created.
