Luv-emo.com

I've been on there lately and I gotta say, they are actually a pretty sound bunch of people, sure some of them are like super emo but most of them are still pretty nice people...feel free to criticise me...i've gotten used to it lately...*braces for impact*

Perhaps they are "nice", but after skimming over 3 different threads I have come to the conclusion that their grammar is abhorrent. Plus, with subforums like "The Scene" and threads 10,000 pages long about cutting, they are just feeding into the stereotype. Most of their members are probably prepubescent or very young teens.

An emo forum and only two posts in the Rites of Spring thread?
I'm going to join just to ask them wtf.

Okay, I apologize for being so out of tune with today's youth, but WTF is the difference between "Scene" kids and "Emo" kids? I am so lost. Is there a difference?

Scene are trend following "too-young-2b-ravers" and emos are suicidal attention seeking wannabe's.

When I saw the name of the website for some reason I thought it was like that build-a-bear thing. Except you'd be building emo kids instead of bears.

Odd.

So you finally admit you are emo and therefore know more than us?

Heh. There was a guy on there asking for good music to listen to.

I want so bad to list off about 1000 goth and industrial bands.

i know more than you about everything you pre-teen piece of trash. but considering emo is (in the true definition) an extention of hardcore punk (emotional hardcore) then "emo" isn't an operative adjective. please stop talking about shit you dont know about. stick to something that's more your territory, like cell phones or someshit.
