Honestly, do people like that not understand why they're made fun of?
Besides the fact that they've chosen things that society usually shuns (androgyny, for one), they say they are "independent", while the reality is that they all look the same. Not to mention that they've claimed roots in other subcultures, such as Punk and Indie.
In other news, Emo Rock is completley sexist.

Seriously, this is stupid. People like this are fucked.
I don't care about emo's, as long as they don't bitch and complain like this. Hell, my girlfriend is obsessed with MCR, she doesn't want to commit suicide and she's not emo. MCR aren't emo anyway. these people are worse than parasites..

Are they trying to show they're not all self harmers by having a row of people commiting suicide? Or did I misread that?
Since it wasn't in the news, i take it that it didn't happen.

Eventually they didn't because barely anyone turned up, as i'm sure you know 3/4 of the emo population is made up of people ranging from 12-15 so more than likely they were un able to attend.

I think it is. I mean I don't condone cutting yourself or self harm of any form. It's alot more understandable when some one is depressed though, I've done it. there was some thing, I think.. ever 3/10 or something have done it.
