Hustle And Flow

My boyfriend and I just finished watching Hustle And Flow and I must say that it is one of the best movies I have seen in a very long time. It's about a pimp who cuts a rap demo. Not a stereotypical movie type pimp, but one who realizes that his life is shit and that he want to change. Besides that the music is really good and had me bouncing. If you haven't seen it already get to it!

My favorite new word is now snowbunny.

Haven't seen it yet, but colour me intrigued. The synopsis sounds like a "Carlito's Way" for the Hip-Hop mass culture. I would put something like this film in the same category with "Baby Boy", "Boyz In Da Hood", "Jason's Lyric" & "Set It Off", all great flicks. But that's just me.
