And again....

I'm sure at some point I'll get around to sticking around, been a while, so for now:

1. What do you do? (Hobbies, job)
I'm working in a pet shop at the moment, which has serious ups and serious downs. Not complaining though, it's keeping me eating!

2. Where are you from?
Southampton or thereabouts, UK.

3. Who is your favorite author?
Not sure, I read Fight Club recently and that really hit a chord, same with The Road (Cormac McCarthy) and Legend (David Gemmel). I read a lot, and I couldn't really pick one author.

4. What are your favorite films?
Ginger Snaps, The Imaginarium of Dr Parnassus, Two Hands, Fight Club, Sin City, High Fidelity, Let the Right One In, From Dusk til Dawn.

5. What music do you want played at your wedding?
Closing Time - Leonard Cohen
Herzog - Clark
While Your Lips Are Still Red - the blokey out of Nightwish

6. At your funeral?
Sympathy for the Devil - I figure being dead and all I can get away with that level of cheesiness, plus it's one of my favourite songs.
Also, something by Tom Waits, something by Nick Cave, and something by Tool.

7. This IS a gothic website, so... how do you want to die?
Doing something worthwhile, like saving a child from a rabid priest, or reproducing. :P

8. What kind of casket would you want?
Comfortable.

9. What's your FAVORITE outfit?
I'm too lazy for that shit. Jeans, shirt, jacket, boots.

10. What's one thing you miss about being a little kid?
I'm not sure, probably my cat, or not being so rusty at the violin.

11. What's your favorite band?
It varies.
At the moment, been listening to Tom Waits, Katatonia, Tool, The Jolly Boys, R.L. Burnside, Black Stone Cherry and Ghost Dance.

12. What kind of education do you have? What is/was/will be your major?
On a gap year at the moment, not as exciting as it sounds, I'm working to save up for a couple of weeks in Rome with my girlfriend next year.

13. Why did you join?
Really? Probably because it said gothic in the title. I don't remember, it's been a while.

14. If the first 13 questions didn't give it away. What is your gender?
Male.

I fucking love puppies. I don't think I could work at a pet store for a few reasons, though.

Welcome back. Working in a pet shop sounds like fun; I used to work at a kennel which I quite enjoyed, running after dogs kept me in good shape. Now I sit and read behind the desk in my school library, and get paid for it.

Sounds fair enough! I get to spend a lot of time with very cute kittens, but usually my dealings are more with their litter trays... :P

I couldn't get into Sin City the first time I watched it but after another viewing, I like it.

I hate litter trays.

My oath never to again watch a movie with Jessica Alba prevents me from watching it at all. I'm trying to convince a friend to edit her scenes out and just fill me in on what I miss.

Missing out on Machete was painful, let me tell you.

It would be worth breaking your oath on this occasion - she doesn't have huge part, and the rest of it is well worth the feeling of moral weakness :P
