I only once had the intent of knocking the living shit out of someone and that was at a station when some drunk/high bloke walked up to me called me ****** and punched me right in the face.

Oddly enough, I've found that vanity can exist in amazingly attractive people, in horrendously ugly people, and every kind of person in between.

Then again, some of the most attractive folks I've known didn't have an ounce of vanity in them; on the contrary, it was trying to convince them that they were in fact attractive that was the problem!

Ms. Crowbar, I've found that guys like that are usually HUGELY insecure about themselves in some other area.

At the same time, though, I've known WAY too many folks who used their bad home environments as an excuse for doing truly horrible things.

Perhaps if her family were on a deserted island with no other influences whatsoever, I could see that...but if she has -anyone- to look to for a better influence...even if it's just listening to G.net...then she really has no excuse for going ballistic.

BTW, Uni, if your parents -are- abusing you, tell a teacher or someone so you can get to a more safe place, because trust me...it's just not worth it to put up with it if you can possibly do something about it.

one night downtown, this crazy lady punched me in the face for being able to go to they homeless shleter she was banned from, i kicked her once and hit her once, but she was all right when she got up. it was mostly to get her off of me.

Uni didn't say whether or not this other person even touched her. It was mostly name-calling, right? so, if that person didn't touch her, they can file for harassment and assault. that's jail time right there.
