White Jeans

What are your opinions on them? Are they fashionable? Would you wear them?

They CAN be cool. Usually not. The jeans in this picture are pretty nice. However, I personally wouldn't wear them, for fear of random blood spatters (ewwww.) or stains.

I wouldn't wear them only because I'm clumbsy and I would get them full of stains within an hour. But it would look nice with a nice black blouse and black shoes.

I vote no on white denim. If they were any other material, sure. White dress pants? White sweat pants? Both yes. Jeans? No.

I actually think white denim would look interesting. I wouldn't wear it, but it could look great on someone else with the right combination of clothes to compliment it.

I actually used to own a pair (of the men's variety) back in junior high in the 80's. These days I'd be afraid to sit down in public for fear of getting up and walking around with a dirt-stained backside. You know, you get home, catch a glimpse of your backside in the mirror and realize you have been walking around with that dusty horseshoe-shaped stain on the ass of you pants.

So unless you are really careful about what you sit down on in public and don't mind constantly laundering them with plenty of bleach, I would not recommend wearing white jeans.

But that's just my little old take on it...

If you're a bit on the heavy side, white jeans aren't a very good idea because they give the illusion of largeness. I used to wear white jeans - back in fifth grade. Nowadays I just stick with black or faded black jeans.

Good goth, well, they can be okay, but you'll have to mess 'em up A LOT. If they were probably baggier, they'd be cool. Gothic Goblin owned a pair for a SGC concert, but it was a themed as if he was some kind of ghoul (Note: his gothic make-up extreme :P, I should try that make-up...)

I would not wear white...especially pants. Not only do I just not like white very much, but in the past when I've tried to wear it, it just gets dirty too easily.

I don't mind white skirts, but white pants would make my thighs and hips look even larger than they already are. I am quite the hour-glass shape.

You could buy or make a bumflap, and put that over it.

I was on the "huskier" side of the sizing chart. I really wish someone had told me "No."

I wouldn't wear them for the pain of washing them afterwards. But they are nice though. A bit too white in my opinion. A light gray would look nicer.

Better have strong colours on your clothes so you can avoid any persistent stains afterwards.

I hate jeans, I really really do, so no.. especially white, because :
a. I'd get dirt and crud all over them in 3 miliseconds and
b. I am definately no walking twig, so white jeans would be anything but flattering on me..
However, I do suppose that they would look decent on some few select people, but..

That is if the person can actually stay clean throughout the day.
