Should I take this offensively?
Well at school today as it is Halloween, I decide to wear my Tripe pants with the chain links on them. As I'm walking through the school and into other classes, no one seems to take the chains as a threat of any sort before piggy (stupid fatass bastard), the person who is in charge of the floor I'm on comes up to me and tells me to take them off as they are "dangerous and someone can start swinging them around". So he tells me once in class before going down to the place for like a party but I just put them in my pocket. So like Im walking around with them on in the party(I EVEN WENT ON STAGE WITH THEM), with teachers and everyone looking at what I wear,NOT A SINGLE THING ABOUT THE CHAINS. At the end of the party piggy looks for me and tells me to take off the chains and that i might get them back on Monday, and I tried to tell him we're leaving and I haven't done anything wrong to anybody but he's like "ur facing suspension and if dont take them off im going to call the school police" while im taking them off and one falls on the ground before tossing them at him. My class is dismissed, I get my stuff out of locker, and I just leave without reporting back to homeroom. So it's like for everyone who knows what fashion is should get arrested? I also found it as an insult to Goth culture, it's like i can't even express myself in school anymore. its so gay if I can't wear what I want that's within the dress code. Now i don't even know what will happen on Monday now...

A lot of schools have banns on chains and such, and there have been fights at school where such articles of clothing have been used. Plus different people have different ideas of appropriate dress. Yeah it sucks that your clothing wasn't allowed but it has nothing to do with the subculture or even you.

I find your association of chained Tripp pants to us an insult to the Goth subculture.

So, someone told you to take them off because they're unsafe, which is understandable SINCE THEY'RE METAL CHAINS, you kick up a bitch fit and put them back on again later and expect sympathy when you're told to take them off again?

Um.. That guy is such a whiney emo. But metal chains can be very harmful, like JCC said.
Your mistake is that the chains can act like a metal whip or club, which considered to be weapon.
His mistake is that instead of treated you like you haven't noticed how danger it can be, he threatened you with that police things.
summarized and responded with neutral perspective.

I wear chains and stick nails on them, but no one gives a fudge. That ' piggy ' is just worried about students. Don't disrespect the guy.

I forgot to quote this and say "Didn't see that coming, did you?" to the original poster.
Looks like he's gone.

What the hell are school police anyway?
Tripp stuff is bogus anyway and for spelling it "tripe" you deserve to be hung drawn and quartered.

They're special officer that will keep student in school and hunt them down, following any tracks, when they did something inappropiate.

Ahh sorry Shade. I've been working and at a concert. Also I just haven't been on Gnet recently, not reason behind that.
Nice to know someone's missing me haha

I think everyone who bitches about not being able to wear chains at school should be hit just once, very hard, with a doubled length of chain. If you remain conscious, school administration's decisions to ban them makes a fair bit more sense after that, I assure you. Chains can seriously fuck someone's shit up.

Not unless it was to protect myself or the people I care about. I know exactly how much it hurts. Most don't deserve it. You can't deny that it would be an effective solution to stop the bitching about not being able to wear chains at school though.

If you were so offended, why didn't you just pull a teacher aside and ask him or her about it? That would have spared you a LOT of trouble in the long run, methinks.

I don't see why you added me to that chain of quotes, as I was agreeing with someone else.
