The way you express yourself makes it clear it's not your first language.
It's very easy to understand you, but there are those minor details that make it clear that it's not your first language.
I'm a native Spanish speaker so I have those kinks too, but it's interesting seeing how our way of writing English differ because of the subtle influences your Russian and my Spanish have on our English.

So if I get what you mean,my English is not grammatically incorrect or unclear but it's just not how native English speakers usually express themselves? can I improve it by communicating more with English speakers and use more of their common phrases or it's something that will always present at some level because Russian is my dominant language like Spanish is yours?

It will most likely continue to exist at some level but it can greatly diminish if you spend more time talking with English speakers, it can even get to the point where people will only be able to notice if they already know that English isn't your first language.
