Talking Funcky French Song

Do you know how hard it is to find a perky French song, when your not even French. I have to do it for school cause I'm making my class play musical chairs with me, I thought it would be fun, don't you think so to. Back to the thing, does anyone know any perky french songs, help would be nice...

Well...it all depends what type of song you want. Perky? Dark? Classical? Pop? Rap?

Well...for kids. Hmmm. What does my kid sis like in French music...
Lorie is always good (sort of like a better Hilary Duff)
K-Maro is the most hilarious rapper
Emma Dumas has some great songs
I can find more for you but you need to narrow down your search. (Don't I sound like Google?)

Perky...? You mean, like, "weeee!"- ish? Hmmmm.... *thinks* ...... *thinks harder* There was this what's-it-called... hummm... nah, sorry. Have you looked into folk tunes?

Apart from that, I just need to mention French ballads and art songs - not perky at all, but often very beautiful.

Oh, and if you listen to this song called "Comme d'Habitude", that's going to sound familiar. I've found a few versions of this song that I could listen to forever without going mad - but then I love the tune.
